Death is part of life.
You don’t have to navigate it alone.
There is no right way to transition at end-of-life. There is support along the way.
Practical, compassionate end-of-life care for people who are dying and the family, friends and loved ones who are walking beside them.
We grieve because we love.
Grief is a natural response to losing someone or something we love. And it doesn't begin only after a death. It can arrive with a diagnosis, a changing body, a difficult decision, or the realization that life is going to look different than we imagined.
There is no correct way to experience it and no timeline for moving through it.
Sometimes we need information. Sometimes we need help making decisions. Sometimes we need someone who isn't afraid to sit quietly beside us in the middle of it.
That's where a doula can help.
ABOUT
ABOUT
What is an end-of-life doula?
A steady presence when a lot is happening at once.
An end-of-life doula provides non-medical support to someone who is dying and their chosen circle of care.
Think of me as a bridge. Medical professionals are there to care for the body. I am there to help you navigate everything happening around it: the questions, decisions, emotions, practical details and moments when you simply need another person there who knows how to be present.
My role changes depending on what you need. I can help you understand and prepare for the dying process, work through practical plans, create a calm environment during someone's final days, or simply sit beside you when words aren't particularly useful.
There is no single way to do this. We figure out what support looks like for you.
How I can support
-

Planning & Preparation
Understanding what to expect can make an overwhelming experience feel a little more manageable. I can help with end-of-life planning, education around the dying process, resources and checklists, legacy projects, and conversations about what matters most to you.
-

Presence & Care
During someone's final days, I can help create a calm environment and provide a steady, non-medical presence for both the dying person and their circle of care. That might mean talking, writing, meditation, sitting quietly together, or simply making space for whatever the moment requires.
-

Grief & Rememberance
Support doesn't suddenly stop when someone dies. I can help with the first hours and days after a death, memorials and celebrations of life, grief rituals, practical resources, and continued processing with family and loved ones for as long as that may take.
AN INTRODUCTION
I’m Tiffani and I’m comfortable talking about the things we’re taught not to talk about.
Death can be frightening, uncomfortable, sad, beautiful, strange, practical, profound…and sometimes all of those things at once.
I became an end-of-life doula because I believe people deserve to move through this part of life with information, agency, care and someone beside them who isn't afraid of what they're going through.
My approach is practical and deeply human. I'll help you make a plan when a plan is useful, find resources when you need them, talk when you want to talk, and sit quietly when you don't.
You don't have to make death less difficult for me. I'm here to make it a little easier for you.
They’re family, too.
I also offer end-of-life and grief support for pet parents, including presence during at-home euthanasia, creating a calm space for your pet's final hours, support immediately afterward, and help creating meaningful ways for your family to remember them.
